The Echoes of March 2nd: A Night of Divine Reclamation at the Mingei International Museum

The Energy in the Room

On March 2nd, the Womanity Portrait Foundation hosted Art as Healing: Honoring Women’s Stories at the Mingei International Museum. Although the evening began as a sold-out event, it quickly transformed into a sanctuary for connection and radical self-acceptance.

While standing before a room full of supporters, I shared a vital piece of data. Specifically, women report a 75% increase in body appreciation after participating in our programs. This applause wasn’t just for a number. Instead, it honored thousands of women who are finally reclaiming their “Divine Identity” from the heavy burden of a diagnosis.

Voices of Strength

The most profound moments of the evening emerged from the voices of Melisa Preciado, Sabrina Shepard, and Heather Ray. As they shared their personal journeys, they reminded us of a powerful truth. Cancer may change the body, but it can never touch a woman’s true essence.

To our sisters who shared their hearts: You are the heartbeat of SEEN BEYOND.

“Thank you for helping me regain the glory of being a woman! You are the girls I want in my corner.” — A message from our community.

A Tapestry of Artistic Healing

This evening served as a multisensory testament to the power of connection. We extend our deepest gratitude to the visionary partners and artists who transformed the space:
